Doyllen Store is an importation pre-order store that helps customers in Nigeria order and receive quality products from abroad, we offer an easy and reliable way to preorder premium goods from countries like China, Bangladesh, Turkey, India, UK, US, etc. We ensure you get authentic quality at the best prices, without the stress of international shipping.

2. How does preordering work?

Preordering is simple! You browse our site, choose the products you want, and place your order.  We then contact the company oversea to buy the product for you, then ship to our location in Ibadan. When the item becomes available, we’ll inform you to pick it up or we send it to you. You’re guaranteed to get the product even if it’s sold out elsewhere!

3. How long will it take to receive my preorder?

We usually ship our goods by sea and this usually takes about 2–4 months.  We can also ship by air for customers that can’t wait that long, this takes 3-4 weeks but only done based on request. We’ll send you updates if there are any changes to the estimated delivery time.

4. Can I cancel my preorder?

Yes, you can cancel your preorder within 48 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations might not be possible as the product may already be in the process of being sourced.

5. Are the products on Doyllen Store authentic?

Yes! We only offer genuine, high-quality products from trusted suppliers across the globe. We ensure that every item we list meets our strict quality standards.

6. What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please note that Doyllen Store helps you procure goods but is not responsible for any damages. However, if you experience any issues with the procurement process, our team is here to assist you.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries around the world. Some regions may have specific shipping fees or restrictions.

8. Will I have to pay for shipping?

Yes, there will be a shipping fee to get the products from the manufacturing company oversea to our location in Ibadan where you can pick up y0ur goods. However, delivery charges (for local delivery within Ibadan or waybill charges for areas outside Ibadan) are separate and will be communicated to you at the time of delivery.

9. Can I request a product that’s not listed on your store?

If you’re looking for a product that isn’t available on our website, let us know! We’ll do our best to find it for you and notify you once it’s available for preorder.
